Buying for a new driver in a Shen family

We do not buy those cars. It is not the lowest number on the lot, but it is generally the lowest number over three years.

Prioritise condition and safety systems over price. A reconditioned late-model compact or small crossover with modern airbags and stability control, a clean CARFAX and a warranty behind it beats an older, cheaper car with an unknown maintenance history.
