We can only offer it on cars our own technicians reconditioned and were willing to stand behind — which is why the eligibility rules, including the vehicles the program will not cover, are published in full further down this page rather than in small print at signing.
What it covers, and what it does not
The three things worth knowing before you buy, stated plainly rather than buried.
The engine, and the parts that keep it alive
Coverage is the engine assembly: its internally lubricated parts, and the block and heads where damage results from one of those parts failing. The oil pump and water pump are included in the covered assembly. There is no term of years attached — it runs as long as the vehicle is yours.

Wear items, and a published exclusion list
This is engine coverage, not bumper-to-bumper. Three conditions, all of them checkable
Under 85,000 miles on the odometer at the time you buy it, within the current model year and the fifteen before it, and not on the excluded list. That is the whole test. Ask about any specific vehicle on the lot and we will confirm eligibility before you commit to anything.

The engine itself
Internally lubricated parts — pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, connecting rods and timing chains.

The cylinder block and heads, when damage results from a covered internal part failing.
Oil pump & water pump
The pumps that keep the engine lubricated and cool, both included in the covered assembly.
For as long as you own it
Not a term of years. The coverage lasts as long as the vehicle is yours and maintenance is kept up.
Why we can offer it
You can only warranty a car you actually went through
A lifetime engine warranty is an easy thing to advertise and an expensive thing to be wrong about. We can offer it because every vehicle we retail is reconditioned to a 151-point standard in our own 28,000 square foot shop before it is listed — and because we refuse to buy the cheap, unreconditioned inventory that would make the promise unaffordable.
It is the same argument as the price on the window: the car costs a little more because the work is already done.

Under 85,000 miles, within the last fifteen model years, and not on the excluded list below. Nothing to add on, and no charge for the coverage itself.

Keep up scheduled maintenance
Follow the manufacturer’s service schedule and keep the receipts. It does not have to be done here.

Call us if something goes wrong
Bring it to our service department. We run 25 lifts, so a warranty claim does not mean waiting weeks for a bay.
