WOW!  The car process is done and it went very well and I'm not just saying that, believe me my last couple times have been painful.  I know we were a challenge and the team there was definitely up for it.  I thank you all for that.  My husband is very happy, especially being in a bigger car.  The fact that you didn't just stop, but focused on options shows that you care.  In my job I as well have to focus on options and think of solutions they may not have thought of.  It shows the customer that you are really thinking about them.

The sales and support staff is great, and buying and negotiating for the car was actually fun!  The service department is now installing an accessory on the car and they are courteous and efficient too.  Wish I had bought some of my previous cars here!

When I took my truck to Foggs for repairs, I was a little hesitant at first but had heard good things about Fogg's Automotive.  I have very rarely needed to have a vehicle in for mechanical work.

    After they looked at the truck, they called me and explained all work that needed to be done, as well as, work they felt was optional at the time of my visit.  I was pleased by the knowledgeable staff.

    When I picked up my truck they were courteous to both my wife and myself.  I have confidence in the services Fogg's Automotive has to offer and will be back.

Since then I have witnessed firs hand the caring nature of the Fogg family trickle down to the employees at every level. Never have I been in an auto repair shop that showed such genuine concern for not only the repairs being performed, but also the customer and the customers other needs. The consistent level of professionalism mixed with common sense and honest advice makes Fogg's a winner for any of your automotive needs. Since I am no longer local to Fogg's, I make less frequent visits there but I still bring vehicles in whenever possible.

I have interacted with every part of the Fogg's business: Sales, Service, Parts, Towing and Body Shop. What few concerns I have ever voiced have been quickly and correctly addressed.
